Q. What type of camper best suits me?

A. This depends on a number of factors you need to ask yourself. By answering the following questions, you will get an idea of the type of trailer that suits your needs:

- What kind of vehicle will be towing the trailer and what weight is it allowed to tow?
- What kind of travelling do you intend to do (i.e. tarmac only, dirt roads, rough cross country)?
- What are the typical places you will be staying in (i.e. caravan parks, National Parks, Bush)?
- Who/how many is the camper intended to accommodate?

Q. I've been looking around various camper trailer magazines and on the internet. Why don't you guys advertise?

A. From day one, we have been benefiting from positive word-of-mouth. This alone has provided us with a steady stream of sales. No expensive advertising means we are able to sell our trailers at a lower price, meaning better value and quality for our customer's money.

Q. What size tent do you recommend for us?

A. Our trailers come with a 9ft tent size as standard with an optional upgrade to 12ft. We recommend that families, people who like to camp in one place for a while, or who like a large space to spread out while camping take the 12ft upgrade. Couples, or people who are more inclined to take driving holidays who constantly setup and pack down would be fine with the 9ft standard size.

Q. Do I need an annex?

A. We recommend customers do go for the optional annex. The main reason being, is that for a little extra money, you double the size/living space of your camper.

Q. Do I need annex walls?

A. It is a good idea to at least have half the annex walled, preferably at the kitchen end. The more walls you have the more options you have, and the more protected you are inside your camper in foul weather. All our walls are universal, in that they include an inner fly-full screen wall as well as a roll-away/fold down canvas wall.

Q. What is the set up time?

A. The set up time is around:

- 5-10 minutes for a 9ft main tent section
- 10-15 minutes for a 12 ft main tent section
- 15-20 minutes for a full zip on annex.

Q. What weight canvas do you use?

A. We use locally sourced, high quality, dynaproofed wax converters Australian made canvas. The weights for the different sections of the tent and annexes are:

- Roofs; 15oz
- Walls; 12oz

Q. Does the camper need waterproofing?

A. We recommend that the tent is soaked for a period of 48 hours, 3 times. This will ensure your tent is sealed to maximum effect.

Q. Do I need a kitchen?

A. Yes. We recommend all our trailers leave the factory with a kitchen (we also recommend storage draw for easy access). A built in kitchen organises the whole trailer, keeping things in their place and reduces clutter. We offer a wide range of kitchen options, all of which roll-out, making it easy to stop on the side of the road to use while driving.
